Nick Saccotelli made my very first "big girl purchase" experience better than I could have imagined. Speaking frankly here, a lot of car salesmen can be quote "a little sleazy." We've all had them. Nick was different. He never made me feel rushed or feel bad if I didn't buy something and he didn't make me feel like "if you don't buy this now, then tough luck, your loss." He didn't speak to us like he was a salesman just trying to meet his quota, but just a normal guy who has a love for cars. My fiance and I were shopping around for my new car for months. While he did most of the research, it was him who discovered Jaguar Land Rover of Naperville and first got in contact with Nick. Right away, Nick was very easy to keep in contact with and he let us know which cars were available etc... One of the Range Rovers I was interested in just got sold a few hours before we came, and Nick was considerate enough to call and let us know right away. When I first met Nick, I actually went the morning of my optometry school graduation. We had our appointment at 9:00am and my graduation was at noon. Little did I know I was going to be buying a car that morning, but that ended up happening. However, due to the time constraint and Nick being so understanding, he still did not make me feel rushed and that I "had to buy that car right then or else it'll be gone." I was able to put a deposit down to hold the car until Monday, which was when I was able to fill out the rest of the paperwork. He knew how much I loved and wanted that car, and he made it happen. I ended up walking out with purchasing my very first "big girl purchase". A 2014 Range Rover Sport Autobiography. Nick sold me. Originally I was a little apprehensive about buying an older car, but he assured me that this car was TOP OF THE LINE. And that the price was right. You couldn't beat it. It drives beautifully and it only had 24,000 miles and no history of accidents or damage. It's been almost 2 months now and I am absolutely in love with my new Rover, and Nick has absolutely gained my fiance and I as long time customers. I would recommend him to anyone. You will not be disappointed and you will NOT feel pressured. Definitely already looking forward to my future car purchases in the next few years!

This is our third vehicle form Land Rover Naperville and my extended family has purchased at least 10 cars over the years from the Patrick dealership family. The great thing about Patrick is that you deal with the same people running the dealership year after year. Daniel Loose the sales manager is wonderful to work with and our salesperson Roy Smith was excellent and knowledgeable. The whole team is very professional and they made a great deal on a car that was exactly what my wife wanted. "I live downtown Chicago and not far from another Land Rover dealership in Chicago I contacted Patrick Jaguar in Naperville last year for a new Jaguar that was priced the best out there. I was immediately treated with amazing customer service from Christopher Peterson .He treated me like a friend and didn't once try to sell me something I wasn't interested in. Christopher Peterson was great with email and phone follow up and always checked on how the vehicle was doing. That being said I contacted Chris again to see if he can find me a pre driven Range Rover Sport not only did he find me one offsite and purchased it and he made sure it was at the dealer under my time line since I was leaving out of town. I drove out to Chris and he was waiting at the door for me and I was able to purchase the vehicle within 45 mins. There is more than one reason I drove past 3 Rover dealers to get to Chris. By far the best service I have seen in a long time. For sure, I will make another purchase from him. Christopher understands the consumer has a lot of options; no offense but cars and car dealers are interchangeable these days. It's the level of service and a dealer actually treating you like a true customer. This dealership said more thank you's in 45 minutes than most dealers probably say all day.
